DC Sport Black Universal Bolt On Exhaust Tip 2.875" Inlet 3.75" Outlet - Fits 1.75" - 2.5" Tail Pipes

This tip looks great and installs easy(10mm). Make sure you tighten the bolts down tight, because its a heavy tip. Fits my 2.5 inch exhaust fine. As for sound I don't know about stock exhaust, but I have a 3" flow tech afterburner muffler that's reduced to a 2.5" outlet and it definitely made a difference in sound. Lower, smoother growl when shifting gears. It does sound the best at higher RPM's in my truck (2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 4.7L 6-speed manual). Highly recommended! Don't be fooled by the picture its flat black not high gloss. (plastic wrap)

Very nice looking Exhaust tip, just hope that it won't rust, it seems like it's a mini resonator, I installed on my 1999 Gmc Suburban about 6 months ago the catalytic converter failed after checking with a few dealers and exhaust shops, I decided to install dual exhaust which was only a few $$$ more than replacing with factory exhaust, but the tips were very pricey I'm glad I waited and installed these EX-1011B from DC Sports, in a few months I'll give another review how they wear, they had good reviews but will add my own honest review at a later date. A few more months went by, it's still looks great NO RUST, great product for the price, I would definitely recommend these. UPDATE Sept 01/ 2016 A year now went by, this exhaust tips looks just like the day that I installed them NO RUST except for the screws that hold them on, by looking at the screws I think If I would attempt to remove them they would snap off I highly recommend these tips, plus they are very good looking on my good looking GMC Suburban.

I had a shop install mine, as I wanted to have them welded. I didn't trust only the screw clamps to hold them forever. They look good and give my truck a throatier sound but nothing too loud. I wouldn't mind it being louder but I'm sure my neighbors are fine with my choice. Seems to be a quality item and at a fair price. Overall happy with them.

It too concerned if the coating peels off as you can always shoot it with some heat resistant black in the future, but fits great on my 2.5” OD factory exhaust on my 2003 4.7L V8 4Runner, maybe caused a slight change in tone, but most importantly of this part, it looks great!

I wanted something to match my sweet blacked out 2007 Honda Element. The bare pipe wasn't working and the chrome tip I had was trashed when I replaced the exhaust system. I got this for under $9 "used" and thought at that price I couldn't lose. It arrived in perfect shape looking like it had never been touched. I was unprepared as to how long it is but that's my fault for not double checking. It fit my tailpipe just barely since on my Element the pipe takes a sharp left as it makes room for the suspension. This causes the tip to sit not quite straight but it looks fine to me. The bolts/connectors hold the pipe in place just fine although on reinstalling after my reconditioning (read on) I think I may have stripped one. The only reservation I had was about the reviews regarding the paint bubbling after a few days. Mine took a couple weeks to do this, mostly on the inside lip. I decided to repaint using high heat flat black from Rust-O-leum. I first removed the bad finish and used fine steel wool to rough up the surface. I put a few coats of paint on and then baked the finish in the oven as recommended on the can. It was a rather smelly ordeal but I'm hoping it will help the finish withstand winter driving. So, I spent about $15 for a $9 exhaust tip and several hours painting and curing. It looks good but we'll see if it holds up.

Great for the price. It has real baffles and will change the tone of the exhaust if you position it properly. Heavy duty. Definitely worth it.

3rd set I've bought, the first 2 were chrome and I was VERY HAPPY for the money. Went black this time cause they'll GET BLACK, but they do have resonator so it changes the sound BUT JUST A BIT, they always stand up to time, the only reason I've bought again is CHROME EXHAUST TURNS BLACK not because of the product, the PRODUCT IS PERFECT

Update; the paint has held on; I haven't had people comment unless I point out the tips are different colors. They completely remove the rasp; and made drone almost go away; this is similar to a glass pack muffler in construction and with water getting on them I was hoping they wouldn't get louder as a glass pack would. These have gotten a bit louder, but the drone appears to have still stayed down. Older review; I ordered 2 tips, (black) 1 came in a dark gray/ charcoal, 1 came in black. Same unit type, different spray color. Pretty ridiculous they would be so far apart in color. Ill update my review when I have them installed for a week and in a month, lots of people complain the paint burns/falls off. That might help me as then I can paint these correctly. update 1: No paint peel yet, after 4 hours of driving, the drone was severely cut down, and rasp gone. (2016 Chrysler 200 3.6 v6 engine with a flowmeter super 10 muffler) I would say the drone wasn't completely removed but its completely tolerable now. If before was a 9/10 I'd call the drone now 3-2/10. It's there, but conversation and music are now a thing. I can hear or feel bass in my music again, compared to the constant drone before the tips. For $30 I'd call that a fix. ( Good luck to those who try remove those fake tips off your car. 8mm bolts and a few pliers to bend the security brackets to rip them out to any Chrysler/dodge people out there.) The DC sports tip has 10 mm bolts (3) with all 3 fully open I could not get one tip on, removed 1 bolt and it fit. All in all, for $15 a tip, resonated for roughly 3 1/2" it is very much worth a try if you have drone and rasp. I would call this a beginner tip, buy this to see if it works in theory for you and then go buy a real tip to weld on and doesn't have reviews of paint falling off or 2 tips in 2 colors.

I got this as a little touch onto my 2011 ford ranger. In all honesty, it adds a little pop to the truck. If you are looking for a MASSIVE change in sound this isn't for you. I have got lots of compliments around it though! It adds a little purr to the sound while revving up. I drive a manual so that definitely helps the sound but overall i would recommend to someone trying to add a little spice to their vehicle.

كا شكل عجبتني مع بروزها في مؤخرة السيارة تعطي شكل قوة للسيارة (شكل بس) ، ما تغير الصوت اذا انت بتاخذها للصوت ما يصير شىء للصوت ، تركيبها سهل جدا تحتاج(شاكوش - مطرقه) مو حديد ، بتحصله عند المحلات او تطلبه ( مطاط مقوى )اذا صح التعبير علشان تطلع قطعت الوكاله وبتحصل مقاطع فيديو طريقة الفك و التركيب سهل تقدر تخليها بارزه او بدون بروز شىء راجع لك ومفك عشرة (10) علشان تربط و تثبتها بأحكام. وقبل لا تبدأ في الفك خذلك نظرة بتمعن وبعدها توكل على الله و جدد . اطلب حبتين(٢) لان الطلب على حبه وحده انتبه لهذا الشيء.
