Tips are durable on both hard and soft versions
Excellent quality - (I like most of what they make with a few exceptions) Durable tips Solid purchase Hard is good for more detail or smaller writing, I use it in my bible with no bleed through Soft tip I use for drawing or writing ONE IMPROVEMENT would make them so much easier to use -make a barrel color different or something different to make the hard and soft tip easier to distinguish when reaching back and for between them!

Great choice
One of my favorites. Both tips allow for different style and preference. The soft tip will let you use different pressures. They are great and having several restocked with this is a good deal.

Bold, rich color & easy to use
These pens are so nice. They can be held easily and they perform very well. I bought black ink but it is so much more deep in color than other brands. I have retraced other works with this new pen for the color to be darker and more pronounced. They are smooth writing/drawing and the tips are sturdy- highly recommend for beginners. The packaging for this product seemed excessive, each pen came in its own plastic wrapper with a plastic writing guide for Japanese lettering all included in 1 plastic bag.

If you’re new to hand lettering, would definitely recommend this, the hard tip pen is the all rounder! Just a star less because of the pricing. If you would like to practice calligraphy with it, I would definitely recommend...
