I use this for lots of stuff like diaper rash or cuts and scrapes on my kids but this specific time I bought it for my mom. She had developed this really bad rash on a couple spots on her body. Nothing was working to relieve the pain or itching. She started using this stuff and her rash finally went away and started going away after only one day of use. Excellent product. My BIL wanted this for his daughter. It is a great product, but it is just regular everyday vaseline with fragrance. If you really want it to smell like baby powder buy this, otherwise if you do not care just buy the regular version for less money
