Depending on the length of the aisle runner I would say roughly these would cover an 8 to10 foot long by 1 foot wide stretch down one side

Q: Do these float in water?

Not at all. Sank right to the bottom of the tub.

Q: They don't offer the color I need, which is orange. Am I able to dye these?

I wouldn’t recommend it . The material doesn’t seem absorbent
