I purchased a used Fluorowing Growlight fixture without a bulb. Up until this purchase, I was using a 5000K CFL in it. Once I came across this (corncob style) bulb, I knew it would be a great match with this fixture since this fixture positions the bulb horizontally. My only concern is the longevity of the product. I realize the product has a 2 year warranty. If it lasts 2 years, I'll be satisfied. I'll update this review if & when it fails.Please note: The photo showing the fixture & bulb vertically was photographed 2 full F-stops negative so you would see the bulb, and not just a bright spot. The bulb is much brighter than what it appears in this photo.

I switched to this light to initiate blooming in my peppers and tomatoes. seedlings got spindly and larger plants got greener. It probably delivers a broader color spectrum but falls short in the amount of light it produces. I'm using it as a supplement to 10,000 lumen 5000 K bulb that simply falls short on the output. I wouldn't rely on this bulb if you need bright light

Bought the light to use in a hood given to me. Good light for the purpose but a little expensive otherwise. Better to get a strip light if you don't have a reflector.

It does what it's supposed to do, I had to tap on it once but I've not had any trouble out of it since

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they will not send me nonworking bulbs.

Don't buy! My plants are doing absolutely terrible with this light, about the same as no light!!!

The product arrived in good conditions. The lamp have good quality. I buyed this product for my indoor growing. I hope great results.
