Love you his saw. Light weight and well made. Easy to use and adjustable for a variety of cuts. It’s a good value for the money and useful around the house. Heavy construction use, probably not. But for at home applications, worth the money. My experience circulating saw broke and I saw th oh a one on line at Amazon. I got it and glad I did. Great tool.

I really like this saw. Light, strong, & easy to handle. Used it to rip 7ft length strips of 3/4" thk boards from 5-1/2" wide to 4-3/4" wide. Worked wonderfully.

I am not a big friend of the Skil brand due to bad experiences in the past, but I was encouraged to buy this saw for my workshop because of its power and low price and I was pleasantly surprised. When I have it in my hands I notice that it is very heavy and that is a very positive point since this tells me that it is a very powerful saw and for those of us who work with wood that is all we need a lot, a lot, a lot of power and This saw has it. Now, when it comes to cutting, it is necessary to have experience since its shoe is metal and not aluminum like the high-end ones, but it is obvious that if this is a mid-range shoe, this is how its materials will be. But in conclusion it seems like a good saw and I was surprised by its power. No soy muy amigo de la marca skil por malas experiencias en el pasado pero me anime a comprar esta sierra para mi taller por su potencia y bajo precio y valla que me he llevado una grata sorpresa. Al momento de tenerla en mis manos noto que es muy pesada y eso es un punto muy positivo ya que esto me dice que es una sierra de gran potencia y para los que trabajamos con madera es todo lo que necesitamos mucha, mucha , mucha potencia y esta sierra la tiene. Ahora bien a la hora de cortar es necesario tener experiencia ya que su zapata es metálica y no en aluminio como las de gama alta pero es obvio que si esta es gama media así serán sus materiales. Pero en conclusión me parece una buena sierra y me ha dejado sorprendido su potencia. Espero que esta llegue a ser una buena experiencia con la marca skil y no como en el pasado Espero esta informacion te haya sido útil... Bendiciones.

This is my first circular saw, and I have to say, the experience has been a pleasant one. Everything from adjusting the cutting depth and angles to installing the blade was straightforward and easy to understand. The saw powers up quickly, and the cutting action is smooth and efficient. For the first time, I was able to make a clean, straight cut. I used to rely on a jigsaw for the occasional home project, but this saw has made a huge difference. The size and weight are just right, comfortable to handle and easy to control. I'm looking forward to tackling bigger projects and will gladly continue using this saw.

The saw worked great had plenty of power for the 1”x12” I was cutting.

Just what I needed!!! Ordered yesterday, arrived today. I have wet pressure-treated lumber that none of my battery-powered circular saws could handle. I was able to finish cutting all of my stair stringers today. Plenty of power, good tool, and price.
