About a month ago, at the suggestion of a good friend I decided to take him at his word and try the Black Seed Oil which is supposed to be good for a lot of things, including hair, skin and nails, inflammation and blood pressure and blood sugar issues. At first, I thought the smell and taste were rather strong, after all, the oil is extracted from cumin which is a pretty powerful spice, but after a while I got accustomed to it. I'd put a small amount in my smoothie with a fatty fruit like a banana or avocado and citrus to cut the strong taste. I've noticed that my blood pressure has lowered a bit and my blood sugars are more stable. Also the tingling in my feet have lessened after massaging them the night before and my skin is clearer and my hair and nails are growing fast! I use it on my skin, hair and nails often, while I ingest it once a week. As for the soap, I love the scent of it and I use it often.

I ordered this oil 3 times now . Very good quality. I tried 4 other brands of black seed organic oils. This is the best in my opinion. I have insomnia. I take one table spoon at night and I fall asleep faster. If I wake up in the middle of the night I will take another table spoon and sleep till morning. I also noticed that helps my sinuses , a have less inflammation,possible allergy relief . I have less pain in joints too. I love the soap , the skin is soft and feels less dry . I apply the oil on face ..it is a good moisturizer.

The oil is of high quality, but I wish the bottle came with a dropper. It leaks on the sides every time I take a teaspoon of it. If that is changed then it is a winner. I just started using this product and so far have not noticed any major changes in my health. I anticipate with time, I shall see some improvements. EDIT: I wanted to order more of the oil, but now the seller is not shipping to location. So bummed about it!

Burnt taste; fishy odor. I have never, evet experienced this with any other Black Seed Oils, and I've consumed several different brands over the years. Will discontinue taking this one orally. Maybe it isn't meant for oral consumption.

I purchased this product to ease joint stiffness, inflamation. I've taken one teaspoon daily for approximately 5 months, have not experienced an improvement...but will continental with the daily teaspoon for 5-6 more months, with the knowledge that it may well take a longer period of time to be effective. Aside from this, I find your oil extremely helpful for any/most skin inflamations. I highly recommend your oil, it's purity & non-super commercial marketing approach. Thank you!

I bought first time it seems okay and i ordered again it was a junk .Fishy smell and seals were broken when i opened package. It tastes nothing black seeds. This packaging is fool you so much indeed. Do not buy this product. Instead there are many other good company that would not give you for you to drink.

This is my second bottle. I take a teaspoon daily- if you don’t like the taste just take it with a little bit of raw organic honey- after a while you get used to the taste, and the benefits are well worth it. Best company I have found- they really care about their product and you! Best to take on empty stomach. Not advised to take if you are on Coumadin.

I really enjoyed this black seed oil, it had a very smooth taste and the odor seemed to be on the mild side. The soap also has a mild scent although it does make the shower a bit slick when you wash your feet. If I have one negative it would be the 8oz size, I would prefer a 16oz bottle. Over all I like this product very much.
