Excellent grits! I didn't think these grits could be better than the organic, stone ground I've been buying for years, but they are! I usually don't care for yellow grits, either. But the reviews convinced me to try them. I am so glad I did! I have no idea how they cook up so creamy. I thought I knew creamy grits. Nope, not compared to these! I do cook mine on very low for about 40 minutes, and I needed more water. I've always cooked grits that way because they do get more creamy. Definitely my new go to grits! They have an excellent flavor, too!

These are the most delicious corn grits I've ever had. It was such a bonus to find an awesome organic and non-gmo corn product. It's so fresh and delicious. You can also grind the grits to make a wonderful flour for cornbread too. I left the flour a little crunchy and what a batch of cornbread that was!

My family appreciate the texture , nutrients ,smell and how safe organic and that they are non-go. They are a go to especially for collards and grits mix.

Excellent Product!

One of the biggest selling points for me was the fact they are not GMO. They have a good taste, but are ground a little finer than I prefer with my stone ground grits to be. Overall, a good product.

Love organic yellow grits/polenta and have been a long time buyer of Bob's Red Mill. I tried "Early Morning Harvest" on a whim and I like them better! A deeper color and richer flavor along with a medium grit texture. In my opinion of course. The value is great and I will buy again. It will be awhile because I bought the 4lb bags. YUM!
