I've been on the hunt for a decent vegan protein powder for a while now, and thought my hunt had come to an end when I discovered Orgain Simple about 6 months ago. I really liked their vanilla flavor, and the ingredients are fairly clean. However, I'm a huge chocolate fan, and found that the Orgain chocolate flavor just wasn't it. Plus, all of the Orgain Simple protein powders have added sugar (granted, coconut sugar) which felt unnecessary and not particularly something I wanted in a product that I use fairly regularly. And so the hunt continued. I came across a few potential contenders, before landing on Earth Chimp. The ingredients looked phenomenal, the protein to calorie ratio was quite an improvement, and the reviews led me to believe that the flavor would be decent enough. After receiving the product 2 days ago, and having used probably about 4 servings worth already, I can say that all of that is true and more! This is BY FAR the best protein powder I have tried. I have been using it in protein shakes, oats, brownies, and even coffee. Every time I open the bag, I get a big waft of chocolatey goodness. The flavor isn't particularly overpowering, but it masks the taste of the pea protein incredibly well. The monk fruit also gives it a subtle sweetness. As someone who is accustomed to consuming protein powder regularly, I found that this one is not chalky at all compared to most others. However, when my dad (who doesn't consume protein powder) tried my protein shake, he said that although it wasn't overwhelmingly chalky, it was still a little chalky and protein-like nonetheless (apparently even the best can't evade the inevitable slight chalkiness of protein supplements:)). I had no problem blending this into smoothies, and haven't experienced any clumpiness either. The value of this bag is great and I suspect it should last me a little while! Despite being a chocolate lover, I'm tempted to buy the vanilla too just to try it. Great product, 10/10 recommend!

This is by far the BEST protein powder I have ever used! Not only does it taste delicious, but it is also extremely versatile. I use it in smoothies, on oatmeal, in yogurt and even in baked goods! It blends extremely well into any product and the clean ingredients will make you feel confident that you are eating a high quality, healthy product. Earth Chimp powder has always been very easy for me to digest whereas other powders can sometimes cause some indigestion. I highly recommend that you give it a try!!!

By far the best vegan protein I've had. It has a nice, non-gritty consistency and blends easily in a shaker bottle. The vanilla flavor is good, and I like adding some PB2 in with it. It doesn't upset my tummy or leave a weird aftertaste in my mouth like some other proteins I've had.

I don't usually give reviews, but I have only good things to say about Earth Chimp's protein powder and their customer service. The powder is easy to measure with the handy optional scoop, and it mixes smoothly. I use my portable immersion blender and mix it with unsweetened soy milk in a jiffy. But a wire whisk would probably be a quick mix as well. The package says you can use a spoon also. The drink has a clean, mildly sweet taste in spite of no added sugar, which is what I prefer. I've tasted only the chocolate so far. The variety of nutrient rich, organic ingredients in the mix is impressive. I also like that a single serving is not huge at 10 ounces, avoiding that over-bloated feeling in your stomach that I've gotten with other products. I've mixed it with blueberries (delicious!), but bananas or other smoothie type fruits and vegetables would be great optional additions. There was a shipping mix-up with my first order, prompting me to email Dave the owner, which they want you to do. I heard back immediately from him and received friendly, complete resolution of the problem. Such a caring and personalized way of handling customer service is so rare and unexpected these days! This will be my go-to protein drink going forward.

Great ingredients! Very clean ingredients without any of the bad stuff. I got the vanilla flavor and it tasted like a vanilla chai; spice came through from the cinnamon and turmeric. I prefer straight up vanilla flavor, so it wasn’t what I was expecting (hence the 4 stars) but that’s my personal preference. I like chai lattes but not chai protein shakes. I blended it like I do with all of my protein shakes to get an even comparison, one frozen banana, half milk half water, 3 ice cubes. Pretty tasty overall, however it was a smidge more chalky than other brands I’ve tried. I won’t be repurchasing due to the amount of spice coming through as it was a bit too much for me, but again that’s just my preference. I appreciate the benefits of the spices, but I don’t want to taste them in every shake.

THIS IS REALLY GOOD PROTEIN WITHOUT ALL THE ADDED CRAP. MY BUDDY RECOMMENDED! HANDS DOWN, EASY MIX AND GREAT TASTE. I GOT VANILLA. LOVE THE PROBIOTICS FOR YOUR GUT!!! THIS IS MY 2 GO PROTEIN FOREVER. EASY ON THE STOMACH AND NO BLOATING AT ALL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! BRAVO. FINALLY A CLEAN WHOLESOME PRODUCT. GLAD I GAVE IT A TRY!!!!

Looooove this protein powder! Great, healthy ingredients- noting nasty or questionable, in my opinion. It’s an easy, quick way to effectively get in your protein goals! I find it very easy on the stomach unlike other whey products. I haven’t noticed a chalkiness to it- but I also mix it into my protein shakes with some fruit, peanut butter etc *chef’s kiss!* I also wrote them to check if they test for lead and they do! Win, win!
