Not as cheap as I'd prefer and they'll eventually decompose from UV. But with that said, they're VERY functional, meaning extremely tough, reliable & easy to keep around (lie flat or roll 'em up). And even though I whine about the cost, they're the overall best. Unwoven poly or burlap, not even close.

Great quality

We are using these to shore up a lake dam on our property. Our normal supplier was out of stock due to flooding elsewhere in the country and so ordered 500 from Sandbaggy. I found these sandbags sturdy and durable. My only complaint is about the flimsy tie strings included. They are basically a single strand of the same material the bags are made of. I used them on the first 200 or so bags and had a lot of breaks. I then switched to a heavy duty zip tie that I purchased separately. The ties are the only reason I have an overall 4 stars. I gave 5 stars on the individual criteria. I will purchase more based on the great price and the actual bags.

The bags are intended as a safeguard against rising water. (Sometimes we have flooding in Houston.) Haven't put them to that use yet, but I have some opinions to share. 1. Delivery was on-time/as estimated. 2. Bag bottom is double stitched (as advertised) and carried the loaded sand without issue. 3. I like the orange color: brightens my garage interior and are easy to spot. 4. the bag ties are very sturdy and tie with a hardy knot. I didn't rate the bags for durability so no rating is provided. I did sort-of judge the sturdiness of the bags by tossing them (loaded with the amount of sand I expect to use) around the garage. No busted bags. Not scientific, but I'm happy with the results.

I bought these to fill with sand, obviously! LOL. I have two chaise lounge chairs that are fairly light. I push them together to make one wider lounge chair. However, my dog likes to jump on this and when she does, she pushes the chairs backwards as they are on concrete. So, I place these behind the legs of the chairs and when she jumps up on them while playing, they stay put. Very happy with this hack and with my purchase. They do sit in the sun all day long so, I can't say how long they will last yet. I'll update when I have more info on this.

I bought sand bags last year from a big box stores to hold down my umbrella. Well over the course of the year the bags broke down exposing the sand and staining my patio. They broke down so much even just touching the bag it would crumble in my hands. I recently purchased these bags so I can fill them with sand. I put kitchen bags inside the bags ( only because I noticed there was a thinner bag holding the sand in the original bags) and filled the bags. I noticed the bags I purchased were a bit smaller but no big deal because the bigger bags were really hard to carry when I purchased them. This made it easier to manage. I've never used sand bags before so I didn't know I was supposed to store the original bags. LOL I know better now. AND for now this is a temporary inexpensive fix because I noticed some other more durable bags I can buy. However these bags served it's purpose.

Worked perfectly! I had some extra rocks and road crush that I needed to bag and store and they held up nicely to some abuse with no rips or tears. Happy customer and will purchase again in the future!

We wanted these to hold our pumpkin swing legs down if there was a big wind. It certainly did the job. The only thing about them, my husband said, was that the ties to close them were a bit too narrow. They should be wider.

These nice bags sent in time for my gardening with quick delivery. They are not large enough to replace growbags but they can be used multi-purposely. Anyway I love them.

Great purchase and quick easy delivery - aged to sandbag our property for erosion of lake side - very pleased! Just the right size so we can manage to fill and position without killing our backs.
