Champion Sports Multi-Colored Parachute

Seriously the best purchase of my life. I was looking around for one for so long but they're pretty pricey cause they're huge. This one finally went on sale and I couldn't say no. I was very hesitant on which size to purchase because I didn't want to get a parachute that was too small, but also didn't want one that was too large and impossible to travel with. The shipping was super fast and came well in advance to when I needed it. I actually purchased this in hopes of bringing it with me to camp. I attended a music festival and brought this so when we have down time in the camp site, we could take this out and have fun being kids again. This parachute was a HUGE hit!!! I camped with 3 of my friends, and 10 minutes into using this we had over 15 people! It was such an awesome ice breaker, and it was nice to have some innocent fun and meet strangers in a fun way. This was big enough for 15 or so people, we even had space for more. We even put some ping pong balls and beach balls in the center and were able to bounce the, with plenty of room. The parachute comes in a nice bag to consolidate and pack away. I will say it's difficult to get the parachute back to the folded size it was, but I just keep it in a backpack for safe keeping. The material is sturdy and resistant. Worth every penny, my friends and I had so much fun and made such good memories.

I saw this parachute at my local Y, and thought it would be a great idea for all my grandchildren. At the 4th of July cookout, when I brought this thing out, the kids were thrilled! Of course the first thing they want to do is shake the heck out of it, but it seems like it is made well. Good stitching, durable, lightweight nylon. I went with the 20ft wide because there were a lot of kids. Even the adults grabbed a handle and had fun with it. I didn't know what to actually do with it other than have the kids flap it and run under it. I felt it should have come with a sheet of suggestions for activities, but it does not. I went online and found the games and printed it out, so the next time I knew what could work for the kids in our age group. These all come in sizes, so plan on how many kids/people will be using it. I think the 6 and 10-12ft, would be too small to do anything with. Go big!

I used this parachute with my adapted physical education class and the kids loved it. They gave it a good workout pulling on the handles and everything held together well. Also, there colors are very bright, which is a big plus when learning colors. I have only used it three times bu so far so good. I wish the bags that hold the parachute was larger because it is a pain to stuff it in to the small bag supplied. It is the only reason I did not give this product five stars.

I am impressed with this parachute so far!!! I wanted one for a birthday party, but didn't want to pay a tom for a fancy one. This is a great home parachute (as opposed to an industrial school one). It's really quite thin and flimsy, and I was nervous these 8 little kids were going to rip it to shreds with the aggressiveness they were playing with it. But if held up and did fine. The handles stayed on, and it was a lot of fun to play with. It packs up in the included bag, and is pretty compact. I'm looking forward to more fun times with it!!

We bought two of these, one for each of our children's families. Both families love it. It can be used for so many purposes- to shake, put balls on, go under, ride on, etc. It can hold several children at a time while their grandpa pulls them around the house! We have also used it to swing each child individually. It is the perfect size for a family, and has enough handles for several children and adults. We are both retired physical therapists, and have used the 12 foot parachute for groups of children. But the 6 foot one is great for our grandkids! We all have fun. It is very colorful and sturdy!

I bought this because I have a toddler, and keep two kids in my home on a regular basis (along with any other drop ins). I wanted them to have fun playing with friends with this. This takes more than two adults, which is fine by me. We have had about eight people around it and there was still room for others to play. It is durable and looks well made. A lot of fun for both little ones and the adults! Oh and btw I now know why they had us playing with these, they are a upper body workout!!!!! =) So get one of these, some friends, and a couple of beach balls and have a blast!

This was a good size for my pre-k students and the price was very reasonable. I was worried about the quality, but overall it is good. The seams have held up well. I have used this in my school courtyard, so it has gotten some holes from students stepping on it. The mesh part in the middle did not hold up, but the nylon fabric and handles have held up really well. I will try to replace the middle part with a heavier mesh. If using outdoors, I recommend having the students use it in a grassy area so that it does not get torn up. It is not as good of quality as those in our PE class, but better than the ones you find super cheap.

I have been comparing parachutes for some time for an organization I work for. I went for this one based on the current reviews. I was very happy with this purchase. The parachute itself is made from nylon which seems to be well sewn together. It comes in a simple bag for storage. The parachute itself is broken into 12 panels, while there are 16 handles. This is one area of concern for me as the handles do not all line up with a seam, but I will have to see as we use this parachute more if there is any failure. Regardless, the handles seem to be well sewn into the parachute along a double seam on the edge. The size measures at 20 feet (for the one I purchased) which will easily fit 16 people under it (including some adults). I would recommend this product both for its quality and value.

Many years of fun! Eventually the handles started to fray off, but given the tough wear and tear it went through, we absolutely loved it! Worth it for sure.

My daughter received this for her seventh birthday. The 12 ft size and she is THRILLED with it!! It's inexpensive, very high quality, vivid rainbow colours, strong well stitched handles, BIG, and SOOOOOOO much fun!! You can have so much more fun with this at home than what I remember from the days when we played with these at school. Very happy with the purchase. Fast shipping.
