Q: Does this work with female dogs? Or is it for male dogs who like to mark certain spots?

Our female dog has not marked the same area since sprayed. I do have a huge problem with Petco charging me $20 for this bottle. My fault I guess.

Q: what is the difference between this one and the urine destroyer. doesn' the urine destroyer also prevents them form going to the same spot? please hel

This is for a marking deterrent. If the dog is marking then there is a good chance there is a smell that they are peeing on and/or marking their territory while the other one is mainly for eliminating the urine smell where they are emptying their bladder. This item will help break down their scent mark (and hopefully any other scent marks and leave behind a scent that they don’t like to hopefully stop them from marking. If they are just relieving themselves then this may not work to deter since they are not purposefully marking. The other item will do much better at breaking down urine than this will and it is designed for getting down deep in carpet and crevices to attack the urine where this is meant for the less saturated marking areas.

Q: We were thinking about renting a Rug Doctor & shampooing our carpet with this product. Will that work? Good idea or nah?

I have not done that with Nature's Miracle products, but I have used "Folex Carpet Stain Remover" with excellent results. It has no scent whatsoever, so you can tell that it has removed the stain and the smell right away. I also use it for small oopsies -- blot up liquid waste then spray to saturate the spot then put a towel or rag over the spot and step on it repeatedly to pick up the Folex and the inactivated waste (keep blotting until no more liquid comes up. If you are going to use it to clean your carpet, buy the gallon size bottle and follow the instructions printed on the label. Good luck!

Q: Cats keep marking the same areas, been cleaning like crazy. will this work?

I’ve used the cat version for my cats since they were kittens and learning about the litter box and would have accidents and it’s worked great. Sometimes my cat will be upset and pee inside and I’ve used this and it still works just as great. All cats are different but this smells good and they’ve never marked the same spot which is what it’s supposed to do: deter them from marking the same spot.
