Excellent drop of Pinot blush
This Pinot blush really did live up to the description. Improves over a week when bottled and really enjoyable. Being a fussy Pinot Grigio drinker I was a bit dubious when the hubby started to home brew. I couldn’t have been more wrong, enjoyed by all our family who have received a doorstep delivery during COVID-19.

The kit is easy to use and the quality of the wine after 7 days is incredible. Best batch I have made. However I used a a fermentation heater this time to maintain a steady temperature
