Give it a couple weeks. You'll find you sleep deeper and have better energy and demeanor. Before I felt I wanted to coast or just had enough energy to get by if I slacked, but now I can tackle projects and don't mind wasting energy with the grandkids. I hear it helps with my statin drugs too. They were yellow in color, but then I had a bottle that had the gel pills stuck together and seemed to come from 2 different batches as they were bronze... See pic.. I really think the other stuff "better absorption" is hype. Who cares if it gets in me minutes faster? And if I'm concerned about "amount" absorbed, just take a higher dose! I like 100mg in the am, then another 100mg at bedtime.

Trying taking in morning
Two weeks is less a sample to conclude. Have spicy hot taste, slightly repulsive. No Substantial change, but acts as a stimulant. Took once at night and couldn't sleep for 2 hours. Try taking in the morning. Stomach feels funny and gassy, and mild but controlled diarrhea. Able to play badminton, without less stress or fatigue for the heart.

is it even real?
Yellow powder pills, seriously? I have bought the exact same product in the USA several times and they have ALWAYS been red gel caps. Also, these seem to give me bit of a jittery energy the following day. So, who knows if these are even real or just some yellow powder in them with India being famous for counterfeiting everything.
