Great backdrop, worked perfectly for my daughters Prom background. With the great length, I was able to use it for the wall and floor. Great quality material. After use washed and dried holds the same great quality. This item is wrinkle free which is great! Shipped in timely manner and product is worth the money! I purchased this backdrop earlier this year to provide a back drop for some professional headshots and a couple business videos for a website. The cloth feels durable and is relatively wrinkle free. I was thinking that it would be a little more wrinkle free than it ended up being. The wrinkles that I have seen are on the creases where it's folded to store in the bag. However, if you have a little blurring in your background it's not noticeable if you don't have time to iron it. I've been happy with it. Everything is consistent with the product descriptions so I'm giving 5 stars. This backdrop has also been useful for video conference calls. I typically use a background image behind my silhouette. However, there's always this annoying edge around the silhouette as I move around where you can see the room behind me. I use this backdrop as a black background and it eliminates that.

Bought this for streaming and it has worked wonderfully so far. Lots of these cheaper backdrops are sheer, but this one is just thick enough to truly black out the background. Good product!

It's very big it's nice and dark. But it is fairly sheer so you better not have any kind of light source behind it. Probably works best if you double it up with another one

Surprisingly good quality for the price. Nice and opaque, smooth and wrinkle free. Definitely would purchase again!

The backdrop is just what I needed. It worked the way I wanted it to. Nice soft quality. Love it!!

Only thing I was disappointed about was it looked like the width and length were apposite. It's 10 feet wide. 6 tall, but as cheap as it is whatever. It worked. So yeah.

The durability will make this an item that we can used for future events. It was wrinkle-free right from the pack.

I needed something at the background to hang my banner and posters for an indoor event. The product was perfect in size and material is also very good.

My experience with this backdrop: **Note. There is some conflicting information in the reviews about which side the mount loop is on. My unit features the loop on the 6-foot side (portrait orientation)** Size – As advertised initially. About 6 inches of shrinkage after washing/steaming/ironing. Reflectance – Does have a slight sheen and reflects light more than cotton/muslin. Wrinkles – Creases from packaging were not easy to remove. It took a washing/drying, failed steaming and finally two passes with an iron to get it into shape for a shoot. Thickness – Light sources will show through. Better when doubled up. Best used against a wall or area where there is no light behind it. Consider your use before purchase. Overall quality/impression – The stitching isn’t robust, but it is serviceable and easy to repair if necessary. This item has limitations that were ok to work around for a one-off shoot. I would not consider it for full-time/extensive use.

Good Value for the quality

I was hopeful when I purchased the MOUNTDOG 6.5 x 10ft Black Backdrop for my photography needs, but I was left disappointed. While the size is adequate for various shoots, the quality of the fabric is subpar. It feels thin and not very durable, which makes it prone to wrinkles and creases that are hard to remove. Additionally, the backdrop is not as opaque as I had hoped; light seeps through, which can be a problem during shoots requiring a solid black background. The backdrop also tends to collect dust and lint, making it difficult to maintain a clean appearance. Overall, while the backdrop serves its basic purpose, I would not recommend it for serious photography work. There are better options out there that offer improved quality and performance for a similar price.
