My essential gear for the trail If you use your smart glasses for music or taking photos and videos on long hikes, this is a must-have. Super easy to use, just clip it on and you’re instantly charging. I also really appreciate the included nose pads and ear grips which fixed my slipping issue and made the glasses way more comfortable.

My kids ped suggested a calcium supplement. My kids say this one is tolerable and doesn’t taste bad nor is it too chewy. I also like the company for its quality.

Look no further. This is the third brand we try. I was getting desperate because my 25months old will not have any dairy. The first brand we tried was the Bluebonnet brand. My daughter somewhat liked it since she went through 3 bottles of it until she decided she didn’t like it anymore (it IS chalky). So I got the Chapter One calcium, she took a bite and that was it: a big NO (weird texture). So I finally found this Nature’s way and gave it a try. She absolutely LOVES it and asks for more. 🙏 The only problem is how hard they are. Be careful, it’s a huge choking hazard! Cut it in small pieces and supervise your child while taking it. I thought of giving this supplement 4 stars because of it, but this vitamin is a life saver for this desperate mom who just wanted her daughter to get her daily calcium, so 5 stars it is!
