It was exactly what I needed. Oral medication can be messy, hard to measure and nearly impossible to dispense all the contents. This adapter and an oral syringe and it clean and easy. Just make sure you get the correct size for your bottle opening.

Handy for my disabled daughters meds- makes it easier and I waste less of her meds than using the cups

Fits right not the bottle from the pharmacy. Perfect to draw up liquid medication for a feeling tube.

These were what I was looking for. I used to get them free from the pharmacy but they stopped carrying them so I went to Amazon to see what I could find. My complaint is that the syringes that I have are either too small (causes leaks) or too big (I cracked one shoving the syringe in). I can't seem to find the right size of syringe for these. So just a warning.

The product works great on the larger openings of prescription bottles, making it easier for me to draw up students medications. I am a school nurse and want to be prepared and helpful.

We measured according to instructions and bought medium for a 7/8" (22.25mm) diameter. At first I thought we measured wrong when it wouldnt go into the bottle with a little pressure. I bruised my hand forcing it into the bottle. There will be no getting it out. The safety cap for the bottle barely fits on and it's a bear to get off.
