I was initially skeptical when I purchased this wild yam cream. I had heard great things, and while I’d previously tried progesterone creams with mild success, my symptoms were becoming more intense as I entered full menopause — particularly the hot flashes and night sweats, which had become almost unbearable. After some research, this product stood out as the most reputable option. I hadn’t tried other wild yam creams before, but about two weeks into using this one, I had a surprising realization: I couldn’t remember the last time I’d had a hot flash or woken up drenched in sweat. Both symptoms had completely disappeared. One unexpected benefit: I had been experiencing a strange symptom during perimenopause — a persistent smell of something burning, like cigarettes or an electrical fire. Since starting this cream, that too has vanished. Now, several weeks in, I’m hot flash–free, sleeping better, more focused, and genuinely feeling like myself again. I understand that everyone’s body is different, but for me, this cream has been nothing short of transformative. The instructions recommend using it for three weeks followed by a one-week break. Around the second week, I noticed some mild breast tenderness, similar to premenstrual symptoms. Interestingly, during my off week, I experienced a light menstrual flow — very minimal, but still noticeable — which makes me think the cream is helping to rebalance my hormones. I’ve been in menopause for about a year, so this was quite surprising. If you’re considering trying a wild yam cream, I highly recommend this one. It has made a significant difference in my quality of life. While individual results may vary, in my experience, it’s absolutely worth trying.

I was intrigued by this product and have only been using it for a week or so now. I can certainly confirm that it seemed to have an immediate effect on my previously itchy arm! It had been driving me crazy for months and went away which I was not expecting. The main reason, however, for trying the cream was to attempt to control hot flashes which has yet to subside. I am hopeful to see results! To be clear, I applied the cream to the inside of my wrists and thighs; not directly on my itchy arm and used as directed.

This stuff is the real deal. I have PCOS and so I battle hormone imbalances. I started this cream about 10 days before my period was supposed to start, not knowing that I shouldn't have started it then. My plan was to use it until bleeding started and then take that week off (since you're only supposed to use it 3 weeks of the month). Well, my period date came and went and I didn't get my period. Finally, once I was about 10 days late, my period came. What I didn't know, is when you first start this cream, you should start the day you end your period. Then, use it for 3 weeks and go off of it for a week. I am now using the cream properly (once in the morning, once at night for 3 weeks of the month) and my next period *should* be normal. I will come back to update.
