Love the look of the case perfect fit for my quietcomfort 2 earbuds

The casing works as advertised but the cleaning pen is missing. I tried to contact them about it but have gotten no reply.

The case fits my Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra buds perfectly, so perfectly that it is completely unnecessary to use the double-sided adhesive tape for the top lid. The blue would be a very close match to the Bose "Lunar Blue" color. Although I have the lighter blue, limited edition "Moonstone Blue," the two colors look good together (see pictures). As is usually the case, the included carabiner isn't something I would trust for my use case (clipping to the outside of my "man purse"/"everything" bag that I take everywhere and gets flung about a lot). The closure mechanism works well (important since the OEM lid flies open very easily, even if the buds themselves are held in pretty well magnetically) with the exception that it requires ever so slight a backward pressure on the lid while pressing the front button in order to open it. I consider that to be a perk since that means it won't open inadvertently. The release button for the lid on the front of the case, only moves a little. The release button also has a circular, engraved concentric circle patter on it and a little lip at the bottom of it where you press to open the lid. It should, therefore be possible to open without having to see what you're doing. The cutouts are all precise and allow for full functionality including opening the lid, seeing the case charging state through the release button, the USB C charging cable and using the pass-through button on the back to the OEM case.
