I make chocolate-covered strawberries, and this chocolate is the best I've ever used. I love it so much.

I received my product yesterday and I am very pleased. First it was packed well with ice packs and extra padded protection. Second I wasn't expecting to received my items till later next week. The taste of this chocolate is different from the melts I get in the store. It is absolutely divine. I definitely recommend ordering from this store. Top notch customer service. I will be back again to order more in the future.

Man, this is great chocolate. I bought this to make chocolate frogs for my friends as part of their Christmas gifts, and this chocolate was perfect. Delicious, rich milk chocolate flavor that lingers on the tongue. It was hard not to eat it all myself. Would also like to mention that I have never tempered chocolate before, yet had NO trouble tempering this. Melted to around 110' over a double boiler, added a handful of unmelted chocolate, stirred until it came down to 85'. The chocolate frogs hardened up beautifully, with a nice, shiny appearance. 2 lbs. is also a generous amount and made 18 large chocolate frogs with a little chocolate left over. Would definitely buy this again!

The most delicious, creamiest, richest, highest quality chocolate I've ever tasted. Melts and mixes so easily. I balked at the cost initially but it was worth every penny. My chocolate covered strawberries and cake pops just got an upgrade!

I purchased this product 3 times this year. The first time the milk chocolate was delicious and came in the Callebaut package, the last time it came in a plastic sealed bag. To me the first purchase was great, the taste had that smooth melt in your mouth feel and prominent chocolate taste and the nubs had a nice shine and the last package has less of a smooth chocolate taste and more of that waxy flavor, but its hard to tell for sure. Either way i didnt get the same package even though I bought from the same buyer so something is being changed here.

Tasted great and was easy to melt in the microwave. Used it to make my own chocolate frogs for a Harry Potter party, and because of the high percentage of cocoa butter, once they got hard in the fridge (which only took about 15min.) they did not melt. I had to make a few extras just out of regular baking chocolate, and they all melted by the end of the party. I was able to make 20 2”x1”x1” frogs with this 2lb bag

Like - everything about the product Dislike - shipping by USPS Love this chocolate! I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered it. The only problem is the US Postal Department. The shipper takes the time and expense to use the appropriate insulation and ice bag and the pay for 3 day, “Express Shipping “ with a large set of shipping instructions on the front requesting that the deliverers not place it on the mail box. Where do I find it? In the mail box, 5 days after it was shipped, in the blazing South East Texas heat. Luckily, my wife saw the mail person stuffing it in there. Wish there was an alternate shipping solution that didn’t add to my expense.

I have now had 3 bags of this and it’s the best chocolate that I’ve had it melts so well for making chocolate decorations to go onto cakes I also make hot chocolate with it I steam the milk to 45 degrees and then add the chocolate and continue to heat it until between 60-70 it’s so good I no longer buy hot chocolate from any of the coffee shops because it’s never as good I have had one bag that came and it was in a solid block which is not good enough it should be stored better especially because it’s not a cheap item I wasn’t able to return it but I was given a refund for it I then noticed on some of the reviews that it could of been melted and put into bits that would make it usable again but I think when you buy a product you should get what you paid for that issue is down to amazon and how they store it not the company that makes it I would definitely recommend it

Todavía no lo he abierto, pero viene hecho un bloque. Si no son capaces de mantener la calidad, no lo sirvan. Porque encima es bastante caro para que llegue en estas condiciones...

Les chocolats sont arrivés dans les temps. Ils étaient très bons. Je recommanderai une prochaine fois sans hésiter

I do lots of baking and have purchased these callets for many years now. They are an excellent quality and always produce fabulous taste however I bake with them. Have bought all versions, white, milk and dark chocolate and all taste amazing!!
