Q: Will it fit a 162.5*12 thru axle?

I use mine foe bike fitting through axle bikes. If I remember the specs that may be too long for this adapter.

Q: Is this adapter for qr version or for thru-axle version? does this adapter changes the qr version trainer to the thru-axle version?

It lets you put a through axel bike on the trainer using a QR skewer

Q: Will this work on a wahoo kickr or just the Elite trainers?

It works for my wife's 142mm thru axle on our Wahoo Kickr Snap. It was the only reasonable solution we found.

Q: Will this fit a jet black whisper Drive trainer?

I would contact the whisper drive maker and ask them. My inclination is to say no because interchangeability isn't something train manufacturers are likely to do.
