Q: Do the ergonomic keyboard and number pad support Bluetooth connection?

No, they don't support bluetooth connection. Only support 2.4GHz wireless connection, you need plug one USB receiver into the USB port of your computer, both the ergonomic keyboard and number pad will work. The USB receiver is under the keyboard.

Q: Is the palm rest a soft cushioned one and removable?

No, the palm rest is a non-removable hard wrist rest with leather surface on it, which will provide more wrist support and durability than a cushioned one.

There are only 2 adjustable tilt legs on the back of the keyboard where the palm rest is, helps elevate the bottom of the keyboard up when you stand.
