I got a damaged item with scratches on digital display screen. The power button is not working at all. This is the second time I was ordering this. First one was good so offered the second time. Highly disappointed that they sent me a used and damaged item. My entire impression on this product is gone. Unfortunately as I was out of station, I checked the product just today and feels cheated that I spent 3k for this and now not able to return it also.

OMG...it's awesome... can't believe it...it straightens hair perfectly..and stays so long...I went to Toni nd guy for straightening my hair for a party and it didn't even stay for an hour...but it's been 3days since I've straightened and it's still perfectly straight....woooww.....I really love it....😍😍😍😍😍

* Its super amazing straightner for all hair type*works like wow in just one pass on highest temprature.*Adds shine to ur hair handy and light weight* Gives the salon like finishingly straighten look... *U can also curl with it if u knw how to do..* It's stable untill next wash.it is all my personal experience.. dnt be confused in other brands...Like i didJust buy it undoubtedly you will not regret it for sure.The only thing i dnt like a little is.. It gets hot from the outer side of the plates too.. If u want to hold it with both the hands its little uncomfortable.. But if u knw how to straight using comb.. It is a problem for you... And i think its really not a big problem if u really want to have a good straightner . Just learn to straight using comb😉😉😉😉

It's really good but I return it and purchase the model no042 of torlen professional wide plate tourmaline coating straightner coz its don't demage ur hair in long run

Wow.. amaging for my frizzy hair.. i bought phipps first but thats give me horrible result..after reading all reviews i bought it nd m too happy when i saw results.. my hair thick nd bit curl..that is awesome for my hair

Got this sleek looking straightener that straightens hair really effectively - unfortunately has a designing flaw, the hair gets trapped and stuck in the area between the plates and plastic casing. The machine kind of eats up your hair and pulls strands out while ironing. Try a different model maybe.
