I needed potassium and sodium to combat low BP n general dehydration post pregnancy. This works! And no taste so the combination of this salt with himalayan salt tastes good. I have ordered a different one in the past which wasn’t that good

Update: been using this for 3.5 months. It lasted a lot longer than expected. Reordering now. Cramps are pretty common when on keto, and this along with pink Himalayan salt is a life saver. Many people have commented on the taste, in my opinion it doesn't have any taste, but I don't take it plain with water in one go. The best way to consume is to have it through the day. So, I add 4 lemon juice (fresh) to one liter of water, 1 small tsp of this, 1 small tsp of Himalayan salt, and stivia drops as per choice. This makes a very refreshing drink that I sip on all day. I carry it with me everywhere and keep drinking it. I started on a keto diet and ordered this for my potassium needs. It's been a staple in my water daily. 6 weeks now and I think I have enough to use for another 4 weeks. I use 1 small tsp per day. I highly recommend it to anyone starting off on keto. Order this in advance and then start your lifestyle change. This is a key ingredient to avoid the keto flu, and cramps that are common when on keto.

Very good quality and effective

I purchased this as I get a lot of calf cramps that keep me up at night. Was recommended potassium and this was the best way to have it as I'm not a big fan of bananas. Have not had a single leg cramp since. I've struggled with cramps in my legs since childhood and it's only now at the age of 29 that I found a solution for it. 😁
