Strong magnets, great for welding jobs

Works perfectly as expected. Magnetic pads move freely and hold strong. Great product to have in your welding arsenal.

I have used this product in a few projects and have found it helpful. As another user mentioned, tack welds should be made because of potential heat damage to the magnets. How long the magnets hold their strength is as yet unknown,hence the 4 star rating.....

I really like this product. The magnet strength is good and it is easy to use. I found that owning two is a better fit for me. It is a must have for anyone doing light fabrication welding. I used it for holding and positioning of 3/8 steel plate for a snow plow frame I was making. Held the plate well. Best solution ever!

You know they are good when they have replaceable magnets. Kept scouring Amazon Warehouse for anything from Strong Hand until a pair of these finally came up.

Ony intended to order one to try, but accidently ordered 2. Decide not to send back and gifted it. Probably should have kept it to work as a pair though. The black phosphate or paint is rusting like crazy just from humidity in the spring.
