My old tube expired so I ordered from Amazon, put it on as soon as I got it and it immediately went to work. After less than a week, cold sore is gone. Great stuff - it really works!!

This is my go to. It dries Clear and starts working instantly.. gets better and better.

I've bought Abreeva and all those other expensive cold sore topicals. I was skeptical with the 1 day but let me tell you. I applied up to 3 times through out the day. By the end of day, my cold sore shrunk. It did not hurt. It kept it from getting big. Apply one little drop and it dries instantly. Unlike the other stuff that wipes off instantly, it stays on. I will be sticking with the stuff, especially with the reasonable price.

This works! I get cold sores from stress. Over the years I've used Abreva & recently tried Campho Phenique but this is the only product that takes away the pain, swelling & itching. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost is a tad high for the amount you get and it's a BROWN LIQUID. So visually, it makes it more noticeable. Abreva is a white cream that dries sorta clear, Campho is a clear gel & this is a brown liquid. Literally looks like worcestershire sauce, dries fairly quickly but awkward to apply & makes it look like it's at the dark scab stage bwfore it actually is.

Really helps to clear a fever blister quickly and help the tingling and burning

I’m leaving my review after reading a few from unsatisfied customers who believed they received an expired or moldy product. Releev is normally a brown or brownish-green liquid in the bottle. It looks brown when dispensed, but dries relatively clear on the face and lips. So if yours looks brown, that’s completely normal! If you’re concerned it may have changed color due to age or improper storage, note that you can refrigerate it to prolong its shelf life. Also, the instructions say to shake well before use, which can affect its appearance slightly.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The product claims it treats the cold sore in one day, I do not agree but still gave 5 stars because my cold sore was completely dried out within 24 hours after the first application. This is the fastest product I’ve used. Now I’m just dealing with the tiny scab in the corner of my lip and that doesn’t bother me much. I applied the liquid every 4 hours. It tingles and itches a bit, but nothing too unbearable.

The best thing I’ve found to treat a cold sore. Clears it up in a couple of days. I can’t buy it in Canada so was pleased I could order it from the US. It actually arrived a week or so before the delivery date promised.

I read all the reviews and I was SO excited to try it. It doesn't make a bit of difference. $30 down the drain. :(

Works great if you catch the cold sore early enough. Definitely helps to keep your lip painfree and moisturized if you can’t prevent it.
