Bought to use in a power outage, which happened here today. Pleased to say this air pump works really well, although it is VERY noisy. Not an issue for me as I don't have any of my aquariums in any bedrooms. Have bought a couple more, for the same reason, for my other tanks. Update: Yet another power cut. This one lasting 36 hours and I can confirm that this air pump is amazing. The batteries lasted the whole time and I was able to set one up so it worked on three tanks at the same time. Another covered two. Great product to have as a back up. Would highly recommend.

Great little product! Purchased for our little goldfish pond. Came the day after ordering, well packaged and simple set up. When you take it out of the box, everything you need is located in the battery compartment - Nice thick but malleable air pipe and a little air stone. The air stone produces loads of little bubbles and my two little fish seems to enjoy it. Not silent but not really loud. Really good value for money. So far I've ordered two - Will be ordering again. Highly recommend.

The air pump itself work well and provides good aeration to the water. It is SO LOUD though! I've bought this to use when we are away in a caravan and take our axolotl with us but this will not be able to be used as will keep everyone awake. We will keep it incase of power cuts though

Noise level is loud, not super quiet as it says on the box. Bulky design and big. Rather powerful and functions well, just really noisy, not ideal for someone with sensory sensitivity.

This product says silent. It's that noisy you can hear on a different level of the house. Very disappointed. If you intend to be anywhere near your fish tank with this in use wear earplugs.

Works really well. We’ve lost power a couple of times and this came handy for our saltwater tank with corals. I guess the battery life is pretty good so far, haven’t had to replace yet. Priced fairly well. The noise level is what you would expect from these battery operated air pump which doesn’t bother me. Highly recommended.

I keep guppies. Every few weeks I need to offload some guppies at my local fish store. I pop batteries into this bad boy and hang it on the side of my 5 gallon bucket and we’re off to the races. It works, it’s noisy, but it works. Have used it multiple times and still does fine.
