I’ve used this Biotin Shampoo & Conditioner set four times so far, and I’m honestly impressed with how it performs. My hair feels noticeably cleaner, softer, and lighter after every wash. It gives a fresh, healthy look without making the hair greasy or heavy. The scent is mild and pleasant — not too strong — and the texture feels high-quality, similar to more expensive salon brands. I like that it’s sulfate-free and infused with biotin and keratin; that combo helps with volume and overall hair strength. For just a few uses, I already noticed less dryness and easier styling, which surprised me. Of course, I can’t say much yet about long-term growth or repair, but so far it’s doing exactly what I hoped. Bottom line: After only four uses, I can say this is a solid, well-priced set that delivers quick and visible results. I’ll definitely keep using it to see the long-term effects — highly recommended if you want something gentle yet effective.

This shampoo is wonderful. Nice lather and rinses out well. You’re left with shiny, soft hair.

My hair didn't fall out at all during or after washing. It doesn't have a strong scent. It cleans thoroughly, and my hair became incredibly soft.🫰🏻

I received this shampoo and conditioner yesterday. I planned to used it this morning. I tried for 5 minutes to get the pump to open up on the conditioner and finally had success. Next I tried to open the pump on the shampoo. I turned it in the direction of the arrow numerous times and was still unable to get the pump to pop up. The plastic circle around the base of the pump just turns with the spout. My only option, if I wanted to use it, was to unscrew the lid and pour it into my hand, which was a awkward while in the shower. Clearly these pumps are defective and need some attention. They are cheaply made and while the shampoo and conditioner were not terribly expensive, I would expect at least to be able to squirt it out of the containers. I would have given the product 5 stars had it not been for this problem, as I do think that the shampoo and conditioner is wonderful. It made my hair feel great, shiny and no frizz! I would love to be able to contact the manufacturer to ask them to send me a functioning pump for my conditioner, but don't see a way to do that. Hoping they will see this and help me!

I love that it's sulfate- and paraben-free; it doesn't dry out my scalp and leaves my hair feeling clean without damaging it. The conditioner moisturizes really well and helps detangle easily.
