Convenient and tasty
Really good, very convenient to make a side of mash with baked beans and sausages, or to make a quick stuffing for parathas.

Very tasty.
Just add little water to make mashed potatoes. One tip Id like to share is that, use very little water while making fried aloo tikki. If too much water is added then the tikki will split and splatter everywhr. Make d tikki dough as tight and dry as possible. Makes for great sauces and an excellent soup thickner.

Great taste does not justify the fraudulent malpractice of price chargeability
I have no words to describe the taste of URBAN PLATTER'S POTATO FLAKES. They are too good. So finely chopped and dried that it mixes with any dish or preparation at ease. Extremely ideal for mashed potato. Further the company went to whole another level to give much importance to packing. The product came in a zipper pouch, which definitely supports long term storage and repetitive usage, without the need to transfer it to a separate container. UP also included silica gel to absorb excess moisture in the pouch, thereby ensuring that the flakes remain dry for extended periods. However, the only setback which dishearted me, is the malpractice of excess price chargeability. Even, though is excessively overpriced than rest other items listed on Amazon, still I went for it........ thinking that it will definitely be worthy. For which I don't have any doubt. But the malpractice of charging an item of ₹300 @ ₹395 is definitely not justified. I have included of picture of the same. Have a look that the stock is also not very old. Its fresh. Further the item, is listed under PRIME section which makes it eligible for free delivery, so in no way can this excess ₹95 be delivery. The listing pictures further do not include the price and its kept blank. So the customers get fooled only after they have received the item. PLEASE STOP THIS NUISANCE
