First it came without chopper blade, cover for bowl, warranty card, manual. order3d for replacement. replacement came without the motor! never buy appliances from Amazon. buy directly from the company. price may be higher, but peace of mind is invaluable.

Tupper wear chopper is better than this. I was using Tupperware for two years and the sting broke. hence ordered a new chopper. this is not as effective as the one I was using. but manageable.
