I’ve been using this wine chiller since yesterday and I’m really impressed. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space on the table, and keeps white wine perfectly chilled without any mess. Much more convenient than a traditional ice bucket. The setup is super simple, and it adds a nice touch to the holiday vibe at home. Overall, a very practical and stylish piece. It has a 1-year warranty, and when it did not work after 10 months the company after an initial problem was quick to comply with its warranty obligations by sending me a new one. I recommend it to wine drinkers.

L’emballage originale est très beau sauf que moi la boîte est tout brisée. Les articles dans la boîte semblent avoir été ouvert aussi. À ce prix là j’aimerais avoir un article neuf. J’en suis très déçue. Puisque je dois le donner en cadeau …. Que peut-on faire ?
