How is now pycnogenol different from now pine bark extract?

NOW Pine Bark - Chinese pine bark; product is less expensive per serving; traditionally used for several biological benefits. NOW Pycnogenol - Using the ingredient Pycnogenol from Horphag Research; Pycnogenol is French maritime pine bark; Pycnogenol has been used in clinical studies and has been shown to provide several biological benefits.

I have read the label on the bottle and no where did I see it was Made in China. As far as I know it was made in the Us. I have not seen anything that says other wise.
