This is one of the best books, an useful, scientific approach to Mind-Brain problem. The mind can change the brain—significantly—which is called NEUROPLASTICITY. This book📘provides a systematic practical approach, the 4-step method, to overcome anxiety😱, depression😢, and other mental health problems. The first step, called RELABEL, is to identify the deceptive false brain messages. Anxiety is not a normal fear. It's an irrational fear or worry caused by an overactive amygdala—which is the fear center of the brain. It creates an abnormal sensation which feels real, but it's not real. It's a deception caused by the brain. The MIND has the power to overcome this false BRAIN activity. The second step, REFRAME, is to identify the cause of the deceptive brain message. You have to replace the irrational deceptive thoughts with rational thoughts🤔💭. Most of the time people get anxious or depressed for no reason whatsoever. It is often caused by unnecessary overthinking and excessive rumination. The third step is REFOCUS through meditation🧘, exercises, and other productive activities. Amazing book for people who suffer from negative abnormal thinking
In this book the author uses scientific terms like uh oh centre,wise advocate and lot more which is very fascinating to read and whether u suffer from delusional disorder or whatever stuff I recommend u plz read this book and use your imagination and creative skills in a constructive way and make your life comfortable living with even delusional disorder along with medication if u needed🙏

Helpful self therapy.
I didn't have to complete this book because just halfway through this book and a couple of useful YouTube videos on OCD - I had come out the other side of my affliction. Really helpful book if you are serious about fixing your bad brain patterns and truimphing over mental setbacks.
