This table serves as my desk, and I am sitting at one as I type this very review. When we relocated to a new city on a budget, my roommate and I purchased one of these tables so that we'd have something to eat off of during the first few days. The table impressed us so much that we ended up buying three more before all was said and done, and we use them for everything: as desks, as a kitchen table, and as all-purpose workspaces. Here's why I love them: 1) Ease of movement. Despite its stability and strength, it's quite light. Furthermore, the mechanism to fold the legs is simple and will not pinch you: just slide the lock ring up and fold. As a result, you can move or fold up the table on your own with ease. This is great if you are cleaning the floor, rearranging your space, or moving frequently. 2) Ease of cleaning. The nonporous plastic surface is a breeze to clean. No need to worry about damaging it even if you use harsh cleaning products. 3) Stability. Don't let the light weight of this table fool you: this thing isn't going anywhere. I have mine on a fairly slippery and sometimes uneven wood floor, and I often lean on the table when I type or eat--but it doesn't slide all over the place or wobble. I chalk this up to the high quality of the leg construction and the small plastic feet at the end of each leg. 4) Ease of assembly. Pull it out of the box and protective plastic bag, and then unfold the legs. Done. No hardware, help, or time required. 5) Height. I'm about 5'11" and this table works well for me. I do lots of typing at this table, with a standard folding chair for a seat, and in five months I haven't had any trouble with wrist or back pain. (Note that for someone of my height, this table is a little low to work at while standing). 6) Appearance. Many tables in this class sport ugly faux-wood tops. None of that here: the top, the overall appearance of which is not unlike light stone, is fashioned from a very lightly textured plastic of a freckled gray color. Metal legs of a slightly darker gray complement the top and complete the table's simple, clean, neutral look. 7) Price. Who could forget the price...this is a great deal. I made extensive comparisons with similar tables from other vendors (Staples, OfficeMax, WalMart, etc.) and found this to be the best deal. And let's not forget that finding a traditional desk or dining table for under $60 is nigh on impossible--this table is a great low-cost (and portable) alternative. Enjoy!

My son moved out, and a room opened up. What I wanted most this year was my own little gift wrapping space, a private paradise full of bows, paper, tinsel and tie-ons where I can spread everything out and not have to pack it all back into the closet after each wrap. I was a little concerned by some of the other reviews that suggested this table would be flimsy; it's so hard to tell from a picture, and the price might be too good to be true. But for my purposes, it is exactly the right size, and plenty sturdy enough. The top won't be easily dinged, either. It needed zero tools to set up; we slid it out of the box (my spouse and I are both senior citizens and needed something easy), pulled off the bag; straightened the legs; and we tipped it up and eased it against the wall. Done! And if my extended family should expand to where I need this extra table for the family holiday feasts, it folds right up and can go downstairs with just one person carrying it; afterward, it is easily tucked away. If my wrapping room should turn into a guest room, I can disappear this table into the closet with little fuss and no drama. There are even little built-in holders on the underside of the table to lock the legs into place so you won't bang yourself to death trying to put the table away. As for me, I am in heaven. I've got my table, with little baskets of tags, glue dots, scissors and tiny bows at one end of the table. I put a small shelf above it to hold my baskets of bows, sorted by color. Add some music (my laptop) and a rocking chair to relax in between projects, and I cannot stop smiling. It isn't a decorator item, as you can see from the picture; it's a laminate material, but sturdy. We are not house proud, but if you are, you may want to toss a cloth over it, or go spend a whole lot more money on something glamorous. Ultimately, this table will serve all but the most rugged purposes. If you need to set a big crock-pot full of stew in the middle, I don't think you will have a problem. If you want to cover the entire surface with extremely heavy items (but why?) it might not serve as well. Bottom line: unless you are looking for a place to put your free weights and bar bells, this table should give you what you want.

We've had this Table for 11 Years & Rugged is the best way to describe it. Using it in our home gym to do Curls and Our Son uses it as his seating area but it's been used for much more, Cameback to check weight capacity & 350lbs is wild lol Great Creation that's for sure !!

This table is pretty much exactly as shown and described here. It is pretty sturdy, light weight, and fairly easy to set-up and fold-up and put away. Mine arrived in good condition, looks fine, and is perfect for my use as a general work table. I would buy again and consider it a fair value and a good product. Would give the full five stars if it were a bit cheaper (< 50) but am quite satisfied and 4 stars is a good rating ("I like it"). The 4 foot size is nice and very useful and fits in more places than my 6 foot table will.
