The patch is very hard to remove from the sensitive skin areas .The big back patches get all stuck together when you open and try to put on your back and gets wasted.I like them as they are chemical freexaFFDDDDd

Have chronic back pain in L5 S1 area. Many days when the pain is high I use the large pain patch on my lower back and get cooling sensation and pain relief in about 20 mins. Its easy to apply and carry in purse..just make sure you avoid putting it on hairy areas or u wud regret it later when peeling off..if using on hairy area is unavoidable then always wet it well or take a shower first then it will come off without hair getting pulled off.
