Exceptional standard. Lloyds pans are the best on the market for a reason- the results are outstanding each and every time and the quality of the pan withstands time. Have just bought my second pan.

Great pans perfect for Detroit style pizza. Plus they can withstand the 400/500F of my wood fired oven (fits inside an Uuni Pro). Pizza comes out so easy too. Tad expensive but guess they’ll last a life time & nice they mimic the original Detroit factory utensil trays cooks improvised with back in the day & are used by Detroit style pizza restaurants now.

This pan delivered in every way, its durable and comes with a coating which works well and isn’t going to wear like most kitchenware. For Detroit style pizzas these are a must. I used a mix of arla mozzarella and the cheapest mild cheddar I could find in lidls which is closest to Wisconsin brick cheese and the results are phenomenal. The pictures included are of the first and so far only pizza iv made with it and it came out perfectly if I do say so myself :) Also being an American import it actually didn’t work out much if any more expensive ordering through amazon and I get the bonus of convenience and speedy international delivery without the hassle of using other sites so this is definitely a good buy. Some items can come considerable more expensive on amazing but not this one

Baked a sourdough flat bread in the pan. Outcome is good. Bottoms is nice and crisp. Bought this during Amazon’s Black Friday sale at a discount, otherwise the price of the pan would be too costly a purchase. No regrets. Can’t wait to make some pizzas in this pan.
