I use those batteries for my squish knife that has a light inside of it. Even though all cell phones have a flashlight, I always like and keep it with me because of all of the functions of has that includes ten with the flashlight facing pen so you can write in the dark.

using a spanner wrench from a local big box store or available on line will save you a lot of money by not having to take your watch in for a new battery.these batteries fit perfect
