I have fine wavy hair, bleached from dark brown to super light yellow so I can use vivid dyes. So it's pretty dry. I've tried a bunch of different oils. Olaplex was ok but very expensive. Oi oil is hard to spread through my hair, but smells amazing. Also super expensive. So I tried this stuff, and it's totally my favorite. It's light so it spreads over my hair easier. It smells like straight up real coconut. I put like 10 pumps of it through the ends and mid length of my hair while it's soaking wet. Then before styling I use 3-4 more pumps and brush it through with a boar bristle brush. At night I put a bunch on my ends until it's super oily. Then when I wake up it's all absorbed. So if your hair feels greasy, just wait. It'll soak in.

My hair has never felt so healthy as it has while using this product. Like some other reviewers mentioned, I purchased this because of ElleBangs' recommendation on her YouTube channel. My hair has suffered a lot of heat damage and I've been looking for something to repair it from the inside-out. ElleBangs claimed this product would do just that so I hesitantly decided to fork out the $30 for this elixir and I am very happy that I did. First of all, this stuff smells AMAZING. Seriously, one of my favorite smells to date. (If anyone knows of a perfume that smells similar to this, PLEASE let me know). Secondly, this goes on so nice! Leaves your hair shinier, softer, and more manageable without looking greasy or oily. If you put this on and then don't wash your hands, you will not notice any greasy residue on your hands. It literally gets breathed in. Pretty awesome. I apply 1-2 pumps to towel-dried hair from the roots to the ends and then let my hair-air dry. Today makes one week that I've been using this product and I've already noticed a significant difference in the vitality and overrall appearance of my hair. My hair feels softer, healthier, and radiant. It doesn't get tangled and I've even noticed less shedding. $30 may seem like a steep price for a hair serum, but this is worth every penny. I am now a life-long customer.

This is a wonderful elixir, and has been remarkably good for my hair. In fact, I have been more impressed with this hair elixir than pretty much any other product I have tried. It has a lovely fruity scent, and a nice consistency (not too thick or oily), and it works wonders for dry damaged hair. I saw a great review of this from a stylist I love and decided to try it out. I'm picky about hair products since my hair is quite fine, dry and damaged from over processing. Every time I use this it improves the texture and manageability of my hair, and seems to be shinier and tangle free, yet not weighed down or oily (like some other Argan oil products make it). Better yet, I've noticed that in using it over time, the overall condition of my hair has improved, and it seems healthier and a bit longer. I'll come back to this again and again -- love it!!!

I got this oil to replace my Kerastase Elixir, and so far I really like it. It is very light, yet moisturizing. Makes hair soft and silky. I like to use it on damp hair and then I do my normal styling. But it also works well on dry hair- doesn't make it limp or weighed down, so is good for fine hair as well as medium-thick. The consistency is thinner than Kerastase, but that actually makes it easier to apply. The smell is kind of sweet, but in a good way- natural and not overpowering. I actually LOVE how it smells, and I'm super sensitive to smells- hate most perfumes and products. The only thing I didn't like in this product is the pump. It is a bit awkward- sometimes spits out too much oil. Overall, an excellent product for beautiful, shiny, soft hair. Doesn't ruin the volume or bounciness of hair. Will repurchase.

I absolutely love this product. It really does what the packaging says. I naturally have very curly dry hair so my ends absorb this product within minutes. So, one pump should be sufficient for very thick hair. Sometimes I do find myself reapplying it throughout the day because my hair just eats this stuff right up especially after a blowout. I however don't mind because the smell is absolutely AMAZING. Seriously, the reviews don't do the smell justice. On a different note, do not expect this product to completely nourish over-processed hair. There are no products alone on the market that can do this. But, if you use this product in conjunction with say a good masque you will be the overall health of your hair begin to restore. The only downside of the product is the pump itself which is why I downgraded this product from 5 to 4 stars. Its strange because it always gets stuck and splatters the oil everywhere. I'm not sure if its just my bottle or just a problem with the overall design of it. But, its not bad enough to stop anyone from purchasing this. You'll figure out the right angle to prevent it from being a messy application after a few tries. So overall, I really really love this product. Its good for split ends and taming frizzes. The smell is out of this world. I highly recommend this product.

This was a recommendation from a YouTuber and I must say I do love this product. It takes less than a dime-sized amount for my shoulder-length hair. I use it after blow drying, but before flat ironing. It helps keep my hair smooth and protected from the heat. It has a nice, subtle scent. I am still working my way through the first bottle and will definitely buy it again when I run out (point being that you definitely get your money's worth out of this product). To use, I put a small amount into the palm of my hand and rub my palms together. Then I pat all over the surface of my hair. I stay away from the roots because I flat ironing starting about an inch away from my scalp to the tips. Once I pat around my entire head, I run my fingers through my hair to distribute the product on the inside. I continue doing this until all the product has disappeared from my hands. If you use too much of the product, it might weigh your hair down, but since I use such a small amount, I don't have an issue. My hair is pretty thick, so if your hair is a different texture, you may have a different experience. My hair is also color treated and I haven't had an issue with this product impacting the color. It has a pump applicator, which makes dispensing just the right amount a breeze.

I bought this at the recommendation of YouTuber ElleBangs. It seems like a great product and made my curly, crazy hair smooth and manageable. However, I am returning it since I am trying to go silicone-free. Silicones and especially dimethicone, which this contains, coat the hair shaft and build up over time. There is quite a controversy over silicones, but I have decided I feel better going without them, since I am always wondering if they are making my hair worse underneath the plastic-y coating. For my hair I think it is especially important, since I don't use shampoos with sulfates, and the buildup caused by dimethicone can be removed with sulfates. It's rather hard to remove it if you go low-poo like myself. I did find that bentonite clay with apple cider vinegar seems to clarify it very well, but I am about to color my hair and I think the bentonite could fade the color faster. If you don't mind using silicones, this does seem to be a great product.
