Disappointed – Only Got Half My Money Back
I initially ordered a size 10, but it felt too large, so I returned it and reordered a size 9.5. I paid $76 for the shoes, but only received a 50% refund ($38) because the first pair had been tried on for fitting. Be aware that the shoes run large, are quite bulky for their size, and heavier compared to other brands I’ve worn. The return policy also feels unfair, especially considering the shoes were only tried on.
