This belt makes me feel secure. I have a brain issue that has resulted in mobility problems on my left side (similar to the effects of a stroke). I have only been using this belt for two days but it has helped both my husband and I get me walking with comfort and confidence. I use a walker with my husband behind me holding the belt. This is much more comfortable than his having to hold me around the waist. The metal buckle is strong and reassuring. I am comfortable wearing the belt all day making it easy for quick use. I have a caregiver that comes twice a week. We'll see what she thinks of it. She is tiny and I have been worried that I might crush her if I were to fall on her. She is much stronger than she looks, though. I am very happy with the quality of the product. It would be nice if the instructions included specifics on how to thread the buckle properly. It is not necessarily intuitive as to which opening should be threaded first and in which direction.

Very sturdy and practical. Helps wrap around a person in danger of falling, You can control them and help them get around without a fall. I am sure there are other uses, like luggage wrap. But this works great when caring for elderly who is unsteady.
