Great tool to own

This makes life so much easier, very simple to use and it does great on mdf, plywood, or regular woods!

I was building a desk with wedged through mortises, and I thought I would give this a try to help define the corners before expanding two sides for the wedges. This small tool worked fantastically. I just positioned it, and hit it multiple times, and it cleared out the top part of the deep mortise. This was great, as it gave me a reference and bearing surface to clear out the remainder of the mortise easily with my chisels. This sped up my process, and the mortises were more precise, as I had a number of legs for this L-shaped desk I built.

Seems like a well made corner chisel. Spring action seems good. However, looking at the blade, I noticed a chip in the one edge straight out of the box. They are sending a replacement which is appreciated, and I hope the replacement is better..

Works very well for small trim outs as it is designed and intended to use. The chisel is very sharp and cut clean, square corners. The spring in mine jammed up a bit on first use, that was an easy fix, lacks a little durability with harder woods and harder hits but still functions as it should. good value for any door or cabinet installer to have in their tool box / pocket.

I originally bought a Milescraft corner chisel....big mistake. It is was blunt, low quality and essentially useless. So i thought I would give this a go instead. Very happy. It isn't razor sharp, but certainly better than the teaspoon sharpness of the Milescraft alternative. It is of solid construction and looks like it won't break if I look at it sideways. As I can't shave with it, I would have given it 4.5 stars but that isn't possible....so five will do :D

Usei apenas uma vez para testar a eficiência do produto. Valeu a pena.
