What does one do when one has been assigned to be the food manager for 8 women renting a house in the summer? I began by asking one woman to be responsible for the main meal for each day. Knowing these classmates would arrive from every part of the country and with limited luggage, I ordered "Easy Cooking the Costco Way". Since our Costco Store was only a few miles from our mountain home, I knew the ladies would want to shop for the items listed in the recipes. The plan was a hit. Each recipe chosen was easy to follow and limited in terms of the number items to buy. In addition, many of the dinners gave us left overs for breakfast or lunch.No wonder when our vacation ended, "Easy Cooking the Costco Way" had disappeared.

Best cook book ever.

I’m giving it one star because when I went to visit my g-daughters I took my book , which is the exact book and she loved it and we like cooking from it , however I didn’t want to leave my book so when I arrived home and while looking at cook books , there was my book so immediately I ordered it and having it delivered to my g-baby , she will be receiving it on the 16-18 th . I hope it is like mine, and if so this book will be very sturdy, very colorful,and the food “Sections”are awesome ... most of all the food taste great , my 19- year old really cook great .. I can’t wait until she get her surprise.
