We had to improvise so my grandson could use it on our patio with a hockey ball. I cut Dairy Queen drink carriers to fit under the legs to elevate it so the ball would move smoothly. It works with a puck but the speed of the ball improves his skills. Worth every penny. I hope it lasts.

I found a wood hockey stick in a neighbor's trash can. The blade was beaten and chipped, but everything else was fine. I don't play hockey, but I use the hockey stick for stretching and wrist strength / mobility exercises. I bought the "Better Hockey Extreme Pro Stick Weight" for the added weight for the wrist strength / mobility exercises. Before I bought it, I was concerned that the weight wouldn't be heavy enough and the Velcro straps wouldn't be secure enough. After using the "Better Hockey Extreme Pro Stick Weight" for a couple of weeks, all my concerns disappeared. The weight is perfect. The Velcro straps keep it tight and secure to the hockey stick. Overall, I'm very happy with the "Better Hockey Extreme Pro Stick Weight" and I'll highly recommend it to others.

This truly is a great product to improve your shot. The weight that it comes with is enough to help build the strength with out jeopardizing technique. It is incredibly easy to take on and off as well. My 11 and 14y.o. both is this product.

So far my son has loved how quick and easy it is to fold up and travel with. He said it's a great tool that helps him with is puck handling skills.

Best on the market. Has spikes on bottom that are adjustable so stays upright on the ice. This is the second one we bought so we have two.
