Where is fixing point located? Is it centrally positioned behind clock hands

On the back of the clock is a sealed unit for the mechanism and batteries. The fixing point is at the top of the sealed unit. This is truly a great clock.

Is this clock easy to hang?

It is very easy to hang. It has a slot on the back. Much the same as smaller clocks

Is this an outdoor clock?

I would say no its a lovely clock but not water or weatherproof I have it hanging in my studio
