I tried them all and this 3M tape is by far the best option for sealing windows and doors and anything you could dream of. It's thick, yet flexible. It is possible to stretch it, ideal for corners applications. It sticks very well to any surface even in cold conditions. Super easy and satisfying to use. Don't waste your time and money on anything else, forget about Resisto, go 3M. Highly recommended.

This tape is surprisingly efficient. It stick like creasy, hold on cold surfaces, stretch to do corners and seals for good. Used it to seal the house wrap onto the metallic roofing at the wall-roof junction and it worked great. Also used it around the windows prior to the exterior finish and once again it is there to stay and seal for a long time.
