Solid Carrier – Works Great for My Bike!
I recently used the Black Widow Steel Motorcycle Carrier with Ramp for a 2-inch receiver (600 lb capacity) and was impressed with its sturdiness and ease of use. The carrier feels well-built and secure, and my 430 lb bike stayed stable during transport. The included ramp made loading straightforward. The only minor challenge was getting the front tire into and out of the wheel chock—I needed an extra set of hands for that step. Once the bike was in place, everything felt solid and safe. Overall, this carrier is a great option for anyone looking for a reliable way to haul their motorcycle. Highly recommend for its durability and value!

Black widow well constructed motorcycle carrier.
Really great motorcycle carrier with a quality ramp. Fairly heavy duty, works well for my needs.

big , heavy includes ramp
functions fine. Heavy duty. Only drawback is the mounting bolts are hard to keep tight with my 4 inch to regular ball adaptor and loosen over a drive. A better than the 3 bolt secure system under the ball hitch would be great. It is heavy and a bit hard for one person to install. The ramp however makes it easy to unload my 100 pound ebike alone and load. just don't lose the wing nuts like i did.

3000+ miles; works great with one caveat
I used this rack to take my Triumph Street Twin (437lbs dry) from California to Vermont, and had no issues. It was quick and easy to assemble, and everything feels pretty high quality. I was able to get the bike on and off by myself with just a little bit of a running start, but neither my hitch nor my handlebars are that high, so you might need assistance depending on your setup. The one *big* caveat is, if you follow the instructions that come with it, they'll tell you to tie the bike down to the four lower tiedown points on the rack and go for it. That might be fine for short, gentle trips around town, but on the highway, the bike sways front to back (side to side from the bike's point of view) like *crazy*! Within 15 minutes of driving on the highway I hit a bump and the bike's handlebar smacked into the back of my van. I was watching it in the rear view camera and I thought for sure the thing was going to fall right off. Luckily my van has some beefy hinges higher up, so I added some stabilizing straps going from those to the top of the bike, and that took all of the sway out of it. With those, you could probably even forego the forward lower straps tying down to the rack, but I always use those anyway for redundancy. So as long as you add some upper anti-sway straps, the rack works great, but I wouldn't go far without them. Also don't forget to move your license plate somewhere visible or you might get pulled over in Nevada. 😅

More solid than expected
I really have to give this props. It took a 300lb Honda ADV 160 on a 700 mile ride from Ohio to Rhode Island. The truck I was driving didn’t have the best suspension. The last segment through PA and into NY was brutal when it came to bone-jarring dips. I even pulled over after one of the worst ones as I thought for sure something had bent or broken. Nope. Perfectly fine. This thing is solid. As for any cons, the only thing I didn’t like was installing the small wheel brace that goes behind the wheel. I didn’t make sense to me. I expected the piece to fit wholly inside or outside of the base lip. It didn’t. I also had to wiggle it in after I put the bike up on the carrier. There was no way I was going to be able to roll the front wheel over it and into the tire wedge, assuming that’s how it was supposed to work. Once I got it in there, everything was solid.

This is a piece of crap! Don't buy it
This turd does not hold its weight , my sport bike is 450lbs and this thing bounced all over even with all the useless set bolts. This weak built unit creased in the middle of the platform and actually twisted .. def not what was anything close to what was read or viewed... even after watching you tube videos before purchasing.. half way thru my trip to Florida I had to add safety straps to the frame of the unit over the top of the bike downt to the hitch and crank it to help support the bike from over stressing the strap arms which also one side twisted... this is not worth the stress or anxiety or when damage to your vehicle .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE ... SPORTBIKE UNDER 500 LBS OR DIRTBIKE .. THIS IS BRIGHT IDEA WITH NO TESTING OR THOUGHT BEHIND STABILITY .. AS IF IT WAS RUSHED TO MARKET FOR SUCKERS LIKE ME THAT WANT TO ENJOY THEIR BIKE WHEN GOING ON FAMILY ROAD TRIPS. IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS IT BE -10

It worked and it worked great!
I was very skeptical when buying it as it does not have a spot to really tie off to on the side of the bike other than the four rings. I put it together in about 14 minutes and mounted it to my vehicle. I then put the bike up on it by myself and strapped it down by myself. I am sure I over strapped it with 5 ratchets but I’m like that. If it needs four, it gets 5, etc. anyway, long story short, I kept going around ratcheting and straightening for about another 10 minutes and we’ll, it never shifted. I drove it about 600 miles over back country roads and highways and pot holes and road construction. It made it. It did the job. Lightweight? Not at all. Sturdy? Yes. Easy to put together? Yes and with the right tools it’s very quick. I did use a locking pin for my travel rather than the included pin and clip pin. Also, it does NOT come with straps. Get yourself some good ones that you feel comfortable with and have the proper load and break ratings. One thing about it though was trying to put the ramp on the storage pins, with how I strapped the base of the motor mount it brought the strap over the mounting location so I stored the ramp inside the vehicle, down the center of the vehicle so as to avoid being impaled if by chance we were rear ended.

Black widow motorcycle carrier
It is easy to assemble and easy to use. It arrived with all the parts. Loaded my scooter on it with ease and the carrier was very stable when loading/unloading and transporting it. the carrier fits into the trailer hitch, and the stabilizer bracket made it more stable during transportation. I think it was reasonably priced.

I'm on a third floor, in an apartment building without an elevator. Kind of a pain to carry up and down the stairs, but it's solid, offers tie down points and accommodates large tires. It's exactly what it needs to be.

easy to assemble, but heavy so be ready! Worked great from my Honda CRF300L (over 300 lbs and tall). Easy on and off. Use the hitch stablizer and proper ratchet straps (I used 6 to be safe) and you will have no issues.

Very solid product.

For the money I can't find fault in this carrier. It handles my Grom with ease and the included anti-rattle device is very nice. I wouldn't load it up to the full 600lbs rating, but that's my conservative nature.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! Took twice as long to ship as it should. Was missing bolts I had to go to store to replace.... and now it’s installed and it saves like nuts, my hitch is rated for 750 pounds, the carrier rated for 600 pounds and my bike is 405 pounds, it is so sketchy it looks terrible and I wouldn’t trust it further than I could throw it. Complete garbage
