Why would yall put my underwear in clear bag just embarrassing but other great quality

This was my second attempt at buying underwear online. I had used this brand before and like the softness and thickness of the material. Once again, Fruit of the Loom has changed the thickness and softness and the briefs are scratchy and uncomfortable to wear. I do not want to be thinking about my underwear while I am at work. The sizing has also changed and the fit was awful. I returned this package for a refund.

They are nice and soft, and the size is good, but definitely not the colors that were advertised. There's supposed to be teal, pink, and black, which I got none of. Instead I ended up with 3 beige, 3 baby blue, 2 medium blue, and 2 dark gray.

These panties are so comfortable and retain their shape, color and size through wash and dry. Soft covered waste elastic. Good bargain for the price. Colors are nice.
