This Culture BBQ Knife Carving Set is Absolutely wonderful. The knife is strong, is very sharp, easy to use and cuts through things so perfectly for me. It has a good weight and feels comfortable in my hand while using. The cuts made are very clean and accurate. I love having this carving knife set now and I use it a lot. It is easy to store in the box it came in while also protecting the knife edge from being damaged. Definitely can recommend this one!

As an instant response 5 stars. Has good weight, hand feel, and I received it in a few days. Only time will tell if it holds a sharp cutting edge. I do plan on using it strictly for brisket. So hopefully it serves well. Difficult to recommend as I just got it. However at the price point hard to not take a chance on it. As I now own one. Good luck to all. Happy cooking!!

I’ll have a better idea once I use it for a while, but this seems to be a very high-quality knife. It’s heavy, it feels solid and looks like it will last for years. The only reason I knocked a star off is that the standalone knife comes with a sheath and this one did not. I thought about sending it back, but I didn’t.
