These soluble tablets were bought at a time of Flu with all its nasty symptoms. Sore throat, headache, pain in every single bone and eyelash on my head and hot enough to cook eggs on. This is no exaggeration, btw. Two in a tumbler of cool water, and they really helped. This medication didn't make me better, but it made me feel marginally better, and I was able to sleep, and I was able to drink more water as my throat improved. There are 24 tablets in the box, and there are now 12 left, so I think a fair recommendation of efficacy.

Work well, easy enough to swallow and provide pain relief within a decent length of time and thereafter for around 4-5 hours. Decent value for money
