Custom LED House Numbers for Outside Light Up, Personalized Large Solar Powered Backlit Numbers, Waterproof Illuminated Address Numbers

First off this thing looks amazing. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. It’s hard to capture it in a photo . . . but it actually looks better in person. There were a couple of issues I had with the instructions and the hardware that was included with the product and the lack of availability of hardware better suited to my situation. I want to start by saying the difference between a company that has good/fair customer service and excellent customer service is not how often something goes wrong . . . the difference is in how they handle it when things go wrong. I’m not going to go into details but I want to qualify something first. I’ve worked as a technical writer/editor for a high tech engineering firm. As a result I’m pretty picky on instructions. Far pickier than most. When I communicated with the company about the issues I had with the instructions they more or less said “thanks for your input we are going to rewrite the instructions”. When I mentioned the fact that the included hardware (4” long) was inadequate for my exterior walls (10” thick) I suggested they make an option to purchase from them 12” long hardware instead. Again they basically said “great idea we will do that”. That is the mark of a great company to me. The this sign is within your budget don’t hesitate! If you buy one and you are having issues with installation (and they haven’t corrected their instructions yet) please ask I’ll do my best to help (as will the company I am sure). My biggest hint (that I think I forgot to mention to the company) is that if you have solid masonry walls . . . it’s almost impossible to push the cord through the hole in the wall to get it inside. I ended up taking the 12” all thread . . . and taping it (electrical tape) just behind the connector to the wire. This makes the wire stiffer and after doing this I got the cord through in less than 30 seconds (I probably spent 30 minutes trying other methods 🤦‍♂️). Again an excellent product made by a company that really seems to care to do the best job possible.

The wiring was a piece of cake too—no complicated steps at all. They look amazing, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them already! The photos might not be the best quality, but they do show that the brightness of these house numbers is just as good as the motion-sensor light on the corner of our house! Definitely a great purchase that I’d recommend to anyone looking to spruce up their home and make it easier to find.

Christ on a cracker, this is an extremely bright light! The numbers are so bright, they blend together, even from 40 feet away. Hoping the LEDs are somewhat dimmable with an appropriate dimmer, otherwise it's going back.

We needed a house number that was easy to see, both day and night. We opted for 9 by 18 and are extremely pleased with the product. It is well made and should last a long time. Installation required some additional hardware since it was to be mounted on the outside of our stucco garage wall. The wall is 8 inches, side to side. (2 inches stucco; 5.5 inches of cavity; half an inch of Sheetrock) The supplied M4 threaded mounting rods are only 4 inches long. Fortunately, Amazon has plenty of options. We opted for 12 inch, fully threaded M4 rods which meant some of the rod stuck out on the inside wall but this is not an issue for us. Plus, I recommend adding fender washers on both walls that cover the holes. The power supply is a standard 12v, 3amp, with a barrel connector. Should it fail, very easy to replace. I added a smart switch in front of the power supply, allowing the back light to come on at sunset and off at sunrise. Ok, just one word of caution, you are not going to get 2 day shipping. It is manufactured in China to order and has to clear new customs regulations. Ours took about 2-3 weeks from order to delivery. Product is packed well which is good. Highly recommend.
